Listers!, Thank you for all of the informative responses to my Toronto bike shop query. Especially Brian,Grant,Steve,Paul,Lawrence,Rodd and Warren who gave me enough shops to visit to last a year. I hope the snow melts a bit and we can get together to do some riding.
