Just a reminder: All SoCal Riders! I'm riding up Mt. Baldy via the back route, as posted earlier this week. So far we have Matt Gorsky, Chuck Schmidt, Jack Bissell (who's driving out from Tucson, now there's dedication!), Andy Gillis, and Greg Pitman coming to the hill. How about you? The weather is forecast to be clear and mild. It should be a fine day of quiet riding...challenging, but quiet. Remember! No cars for 24 miles! Glendora Mt. Road, and Glendora Ridge Road, are both closed to traffic. We'll climb nearly 5000 feet to the base of Mt. Baldy, and return. About 50 miles round-trip, 15 of which are straight down Baldy Road.
Meet at Pioneer Park, at the corner of Dalton and Sierra Madre, in Azusa. We depart 10am sharp. If you need more info, don't hesitate to contact me.
