Hi, Bob,

I am not sure but the head lug very much like my 50's Carlton. Are we sure this frame is built with R-531 tubing and Campagnolo drop ends?

Its finish (to me) more likely 70's Japanese bike???

The head tube looks pre-fabricated (casted) unit??

I would like to hear more from our C-R experts.
