Capella are those unique lugs that Carlton designed in the early 1960s for themselves and then they got bought by Raleigh and Raleigh used them on a bunch of models.

I originally mistakenly thought those were special Raleigh lugs because the pointed tip with a circle on each side looks kinda like a Heron beak and eyes. It's just a coincidence.. I also see elephants in that cloud up there!
