My "cottered" Phil is for the first generation TA crank arms that have two sides cut in a V and a flat on top for the "cotter" which is a 3 piece compression fitting.

A rare crank with custom BB! Since both the Phil BB and the crank arms have lateral adjustment, the chainline and Q factor (to a point) are both adjustable.
