Subject: [CR]Dent removal?

Sometimes I see otherwise nice frames with small dents in the top, down or seat tubes. In fact, my Hetchins has a dent in the top tube (made with my knee - boy, that hurt!)

Is there any accepted technique for removing such dents? In cars, this is not such a problem, since cars are made of sheet metal. But tubes present a different problem. Is filling the only answer?
