Hi, Dave,
All three main tube is the same diameter(?), and seat tube (I guess I.D.) is 20.3mm that the seller says. It does not appears to be a road racer nor track (pista) frame. The rear dropend and chainstay apper to be an utility bicycle which is a sigle speed or 3 speed internal hub. Yet rear space is 120mm, which does not make a sense.
But b/b is huge, it is for onepiece crank arm setup??
It could be from 60's or 70's.
I do not know what kind of bike you can built up with this NOS frame?
