Well, thought I would be first to "out" this
bike, though it isn't apparently for sale yet.

Please note that it is out of the timeline(Sorry
Dale ;-) but that it possibly qualifies for
inclusion on this list as it is lugged (see pic
#4, a lug joins two tubes together).
PS: I make the average weight of bike per person
to be in the region of 172 lbs, not including
rider weight.
