Hi Ed,

I purchased the necessary parts for the handlebar bag support from Bill last year and they work great! He ordered them from Berthoud, they only took a month or so to arrive, they were rasonably priced, and beautifully made. Bill also has the Berthoud catalog available which has bunches of this neat stuff.
