I'm also under the impression that Campagnolo only produced a front brake drop bolt.
However, Weinmann produced these bolts for both front and rear brakes. The only
catch is that the slot for the brake spring must be opened a bit to accommodate a
Nuovo/Super Record brake. I purchased a pair of these drop bolts from Bicycle Classics
some years ago when I converted my Proteus from 27" to 700C wheels. Last year I purchased
another pair via eBay so that I could mount Campagnolo brakes on a Schwinn Paramount P15.
I've got two more true Campagnolo dropbolts in my parts bin plus two Weinmann rears
and a single Weinmann front. I won't part with the Campy's or the Weinmann front. I'm
not anxious to part with the Weinmann rear's either but I would listen to offers from a list
member who needs one for a pet project. I'd suggest keeping an eye on eBay. This is
where I picked up all my spares; they seem to turn up about once a month and sell for
$20 - $40.

I've never heard of, seen, or seen a part number for a front one, only the
rear was ever made as far as I know.
