The Centurion that I've got has chrome head lugs that aren't as nicely finished or as long point as the ones shown on this e-bay frame. Mine also has 3 top tube cable guides so I don't think its a Centurion. Seat stay caps are identical though.

I sold some Cinellis like this in the early 80's, but the bikes I sold had traditional TT cable guides. I believe it was a special make for Centurion and was sold only for a limited time, but to be honest my memory is failing me tonight. I can picture the bike clearly, but I am not 100% that this was the Centurion/Cinelli. Anyone else remember that bike?
