Mark Poore's Ebay ad that shows the chicken with the beer can shoved up its cavity is no doubt a followup to a discussion we had at Cirque about a southern delicacy called "beer can chicken". The full beer can is punctured, then inserted into the chicken and the whole chicken is then placed on the grill and cooked. I thought it was like a snipe hunt, but the experts tell me that it is a real thing. Lou Deeter, Orlando FL
