I'll add to the pool of data: This headset is from a 1970 Raleigh Pro. The lower cup has BREV CAMPAGNOLO ITALY (twice) with < C >. The crown race has PATENT CAMPAGNOLO ITALY CAMPAGNOLO with < C >
