Wes Gadd admitted owning the Ideale-ized Campy type seat post:

The important point, to me, is that it has a lovely, if slightly fragile, continuously adjustable tilt mechanism, much easier to use than the two-bolt Campy and Zeus. You can actually reach the locking nuts from the back, with an 8 mm wrench (after loosening the main bolt with a 15 mm). The advantage of the Zeus/Campy is that sliding the seat back and forth will be much easier; My Ideale has a hole and a slot for the clamp screw, but total adjustability is less than 2 cm (3/4" for the metrically challenged).
