Euro Asia has some Mavic BBsets left, but mostly triple road and atb lengths, 121mm being the shortest. I don't know if they sell retail, but a LBS should be able to order for you, expect to pay $100 or so. Not cheap, but it will get you rolling. Finding the chamfering tool is another dilemma entirely. Stronglight did make some for a number of years, but recently dropped that BBset from their catalogue. Zefal (Stronglight's current owner) in Dallas TX may have an idea of where they sold the last bits to. You will have to chamfer the frame to accept this BB too.
