Thanks to everyone that replied to this message. I was a little bummed to find out it was a Huffy-Raleigh. But as soon as I got on my bike to go to work, I got over it quickly. I mean, we can own a mutt and still love em, eh? ;-)

You're half-wrong... those H-R products did use Tange tubing, but they liked to mark and market it as (falsely) a Raleigh proprietery alloy (such as "Raleigh 501 tubing").
