Shift levers are Simplex (that little black wing nut is a give away), Simplex FD, I'd guess Simplex RD just for the idea of consistency, but there's no way to see it. Hubs are Shimano and rims Super Champion. I'd guess that the pedals are likely not Campagnolo, as there seems to be no Campag on the bike otherwise. But that's just speculation.
