I use to do that for folks until about '94 when good clinchers became
available easily and cheaply. I mostly did it for messengers, poor
racers, and other friends. It was pretty fun for a while, but it does
get monotonous after a while. I charged on a sliding scale and it was
about $10 and a 6-pack of good NW micro for a pair. There was also a
guy in Florida that used to advertise in the back of Velosnooze. I
don't know of anyone doing it anymore.
