Prior to the Irish uprising each local police garrison or constabulary had its own cycling club. I think one of these constabulary police cycling club badges is for sale on ebay. The auction No. is 273823479. I have only heard of the existence of these clubs from old-timers never having seen any hard evidence of their being. If I am not mistaken this is one of the police cycling club badges, a real rarity. I have tried a tenner but this should fly away.
