26x1 3/8 is a common size for the English 3 speed roadster and 10 speed
bikes. The Birtish size is called EA3 and the slightly wider E3 and is still
avalible. This rim has a bead seat diameter of 590 mm. The ISO tire (or tyre
because we are speaking British) is 28-590 or 37-590
