Hi Scott, Check with Matteo, he has one. You can get the story I heard from him, straight from the mouth of Alberto. His is a late one that has "Faliero Masi" in big letters on the down tube and no serial number. It may not be the same as the ones you are asking about as I don't think it would qualify as a GC. It's one of a small number of bikes he built for special friends, after he retired.
