In 1965, Spence Wolf was offering the Cinelli aluminum bars (with a steel Cinelli stem) on his bikes. I have seen an original bike so equipped. The bars were engraved more or less like the later ones.

Question: If Cinelli offered not-engraved bars earlier, may they have appeared before 1964?
