Judging from their on-line "exchanges" on the subject back in February, I'd say Jan Heine and Ken Denny are your best bets for scans of a Caminade/Caminargent catalogue. I'm sure if you asked one or both they'd be happy to help you out although Ken's no longer on the list.
I have a pretty poor quality photocopy of an old Cycling test of one of these machines if that is of any use to you.
