I have to agree with Gary. I've conducted numerous transactions with BC....and the Gang, and have never been disappointed. Some orders, as well as responses to email, have been a bit slow at times, but nothing serious. It always comes around. It seems to depend on other activity and workload. Sometimes I get a response right away, or a shipment before I expect it. Sometimes it takes a while. In fact, BC accommodated a rush order for me of display stands I wanted for the Cirque. Superb (maybe even Superbe Pro) service!

Patience probably helps. And don't be afraid of a good natured second or third prod if you don't hear back. I'm sure BC won't take it personally. I think he works really hard at something that's a real asset to geeks like us.
