I just got a Minoura RS-4000 from Nashbar. It was on sale for $99 and they said the suggest retail was something like $239. I think they would not sell many at the higher price. I would say it is on the heavier side of a home type stand, but nothing like the Pro versions of the Park or other stands I have seen. I do like the way it folds and telescopes for storage.
