For whatever it's worth, I recently had a number of e-mail exchanges with BC (and/or his wife Cecile) and there were absolutely no problems whatsoever. This, despite the fact that we were discussing an order that combined an item from an eBay auction, some items from his Renaissance-Cycles and some Zeus parts that he posted to this list! A couple of my messages took perhaps an extra half day to get answered but, really, the response time is what you should expect from an operation with such a small number of employees.
