This looks like one of the bikes that Campagnolo USA used for technical
support circa 1990.
They had a number of bikes like this one at the 1990 Ore-Ida womens
tour, and, as I recall, they were Serottas, though I cannot reacl how I
know this.
The bike on ebay will stop no worse than the technical supprt Serotta
which I rode one morning, fitted with Croce'd'Aune deltas.
