Yep, I posted about it a couple years back. There was a lot of discussion about it so I won't go into heavy depth. I use a pile of bearings, valve grinding compound (course and fine), and toothpaste. I'll pack a headset, in the frame and fork, with the course stuff and turn the fork by hand for about half an hour. Then I'll pull it apart and see how it''s going. I repeat the process using the fine compound and then the toothpaste until the races look smooth. I've used an electric drill to turn the fork, but I think by hand works better.
