Subject: [CR]Subject of Carltons

I was a dealer for Carlton at Colley Ave Bike Shop in 1965-66 and then went on to Huffy Azusa's plant and the attempt to market them in the USA. Very few were the same and there were versions that went to dealers In Virginia that were altogether different that ones sold in the UK or on the West coast thru Huffy Azusa. The company at that time was bending over for any distributor that would help to market them. Raliegh won out... I have seen so many different Calton flyer models it hurts, I rode one coast to caost in 66' and am quite fond of those rough riding heavy devils..

Depending on the day it left Worksop, it might have any combination of parts..period
