Howdy folks.
I have an early 70s Peugeot that is mostly original that is really smaller than I prefer to ride. It is about 21". I haven't had much luck finding out what sizes these came in, but I suspect there were big jumps between sizes and that the next biggest PX-10 might be a 23" or so which is definitely too big for me. Do any of you know what sizes were offered in the early to mid 70s? Mine is the typical white with black Nervex Pro lugs, BTW.
Assuming that the next size up is likely too big, I would be interested in trading my frameset for something similar but a bit bigger. Any decent quality French brand would be fine (Motobecane, Mercier, Gitane, Follis, Stella come to mind), but I need quality tubing and would really prefer the Nervex lugs. Can anybody help?
