Ok. So the guy orders a custom chrome P15 in 1970, later--because they didn't exist in 1970--installs Grab-Ons and buys a generator light and bags, then rides it over 200 miles on an indoor track? What's he need a 36x32 for? He going to ride up the bank instead of around it? My best guess is he decides he's going to ride a double-century and doesn't want to get wet, so he does it on the track. The mirror is so that he can get out of the way of the racers. The generator is for when they turn the lights out, and the bags are to hold his gear, because he thinks it will take a few days. When he's done, he decides that riding bikes really sucks, so he hangs the thing in the closet for 30 years or so, then puts it all on eBay.

Schwinn Paramount--the Bozo bike.
