Subject: [CR]Blocked From List/Minimum Cinelli Stem Length

Posting mail to the list has always been an unreliable process for me but it appears now my mails are being actively blocked "user unknown" (see below)! Is there any way to fix this?

I checked an '80s wholesale catalog I have, and they list 70mm as the shortest reach, and that only in their 1A model. I thought perhaps I'd seen old logo ones shorter than that though.
