Who makes a great european mid-range (not too light, sub $50.00/ea) tubular tire for use in restoring a mid-1970's british bicycle ?? I am looking for something with a gumwall look (do they even call it that any more ??)

I would prefer Hutchinson if they exist with gumwall sides, but I haven't been able to find a place that sells them that way.
