I have a 1975 Raleigh Gran Sport that has these hubs on Weinmann 27" rims. When Jamie Swan relaced these wheels he speculated that perhaps they were a short-time OEM version of the Nuovo Tipo. Now way of knowing if they are original to this bike as the bike is also equipped with Nuovo Record which would not be standard on this mid-level frame.
