I have a set of black anodized Campagnolo brakes that have been sitting in my drawer this last year. Calipers and levers, NOS. NR but drilled I believe from Art Stump. They came in a batch of stuff that included a lot of Art Stump parts. Milled out crankarms and seatpins. Even had some milled out calipers. I have rarely seen milled out brake calipers before these. I am not sure that these items came from Campagnolo black. Anyone out there have any info on these. The drill job on these parts are as nice and uniform as I recall seeing. I do have some digital pics for anyone who is interested in seeing these. I am also building a early 50's Arbos and have a very nice Cinelli steel stem but am totally stumped for bars. Seems like all the bars I see from that era are bent or tweaked in some manner. Do I need a steel bar? Is it Kosher to use a Aluminum bar and steel stem. Is that something they would have done them? Cinelli stem with Ambrosia bars?
