The Neo Primato is a to-often over looked frame in all this neo-classic talk. In fact, with the exception of the rear dropouts (semi vertical) and the fork (now carbon) , it is strikingly similar to the Pegoretti there was so much hooplah about a few years ago. Same apparent lugs, workmanship at least as nice, etc.
