[CR]Race replacement or regrinding........is it possible??

Hi I have a somewhat(read "quite") buggered up BB that I would like to at least attempt to renovate. The spindle and the cups are both pitted, the cups are the alloy Campy with the pressed-in races. SR?? Quastions: Has anyone successfully had these reground, by themselves or others? Failing that, has anyone replaced the races in the cups with new ones.......if so, how do you get them out(there seems to be no recess to place a puller behind even), and where did you get the replacement races?
