Not a restoration?!?! ....The paint looks kinda thick for any Colnago I've seen or the 15+ I have owned. The fluted/pre Gilco top tube looks like the Profil model of the early 80's. The decals look late 70's but the fork is early 80's.....Thoughts.....?
