It has been pointed out to me that my first email was a little harsh. The $ ammount of my missing parts was not significant enough to cause any harm or lost sleep. I was not going to order from Bicycle Classics again though. I thought it was unfortunate that such a valuable resource for the community was not operating as it should in my opinion. As is the case many times there can be a hidden story or reason, so I wish all the parties well in future endeavors.
