If the VintageVelos sizing chart says you should wear an XXL, go with that. I too wear an XL Pearl Izumi and I have a few of the Woolistic jerseys in XXL and they fit correctly. The first jersey I bought from Vintage Velos was an XXXL and it hung on me like an old sack. If you wash them correctly they won't shrink at all. I got a Woolistic jersey for Christmas and I need to exchange it. It is an XL, but it is more snug than I prefer. As a sizing reference, I can wear an XL Pearl Izumi, my XXL Zoics are bigger than I now prefer, my WoolyWarm is an XXL and loose but not too loose and my Swobo (NZ) is an XXL and would fit great if it didn't have that really snug elastic across the back pockets. Going by the sizing on the Vintage Velos website, I should wear the XXL but the XXXL isn't that much bigger and I wonder if that doesn't make more sense (a little big is better than a little snug). Do Woolistic jerseys resist shrinkage as well as they say? Do they really get wider once washed like the care instructions say?

Thanks,
