I was headed down this same path today. There is currently a Stronglight triplizer ring on ebay, but it's a 130mm BCD to 74mm. Good picture. http://ebay.com/<blah> I accidentally rediscovered the drawback to the Stonglight triplizers. Might have to grind off the little shelves on the crankarm spider arms (non-Stronglight arms) that position the inner chainring. I think the Stronglight triplizer ring needs a flat/flush surface to mount to.

Sheldon Brown /Harris Cyclery have TA and Willow triplizers listed on their chainrings page, so they might have some in stock. Prices, but no pics.

I haven't found pictures of any others on the web, but I think I have a picture of the Merz triplizer at home. I also have real live TA and Merz rings at home that I will have to look at to see what the difference is in how they mount compared to a Stronglight. If I can find the digital camera at work tomorrow....

There may have been a photo or drawing of the Willows in some of the old Rivendell catalogs. I considered that option at one time but never followed through with it. Part of the drawback may have been the champagne finish that wouldn't match the outer ring, unless I bought one to match.

Personally, I always thought the Campy triple was basically worthless, but that's just one man's and two knees' opinions. Okay if I was still in the midwest, but worthless in real hills (until I can afford some new bionic legs).

San Diego has hills?! Larry "West Virginia has HILLS" Osborn Morgan(HILLS)town, WV.
