Yep, I have one just as you described but in dark forest green. Generally same parts with some variation. Details of note: It has gold outline and script lettering, half-chroming on forks and rear triangle, oval multi-colored Heron badge, full wrap seatstays, Simplex front derailleur and shifters but Campy Record rear derailleur(the steel/bronze one with nine-toothed unmarked pulley wheels), unmarked chrome headset, same Weinman centerpulls and Normandy HF tubular wheels with Raleigh labelled touring tubulars, plain steel seat post. Also: Brooks Pro saddle, Atom or Sheffield style pedals, Weinman levers and GB narrow bars/stem. Again the same Zeus dropouts and crank, chrome Nervex etc. Curiously, although matching description of a '69 it dates as a '70 per Retro Raleighs numbering. I found it in a garage in Denver around 1990, covered in light rust which recovered with much simichrome. Paid $25. Had to toss the wheels, pedals, tires, bars due to rust and/or wear. Slack angles and hard to keep rear wheel from sliding in the Zeus (smooth) dropouts, but a fun classic. Used to ride it on fire roads around Boulder, now a fixie project.
