I have a set of Italian fenders (with stays with dome nuts) that are very similar to the Toei ones sitting in my garage. I seem to remember however that the Cinelli ones had a center ridge on them. The front fander was also divided into to two separate pieces: one behind the fork crown and a second one in front of the fork crown. If you don't mind not having the center ridge or the divided front fender let me know.

This also reminds me that I have a few Legnano front fender bits (the part that gets mounted in front of the fork crown. I would be happy to offer the for sale to list members at $5 each. If memory serves me correctly, I have both red and green ones.
