Hiya folks, I have a few cantilever questions.
Do the posts for cantilever brakes vary in size? I tried to put Mafacs on my Trek 720 and they don't seem to fit on the posts. It currently has Dia Compe brakes on it.
Also, I can't seem to get the toe in adjusted right on one of the front brakes, even with the spherical washer adjuster thing tweaked all the way to one side. Does this sound like a cockeyed post, a bad brake or just a bad (me) mechanic?
Would some other canti brake like a Pauls have more adjustment than the Dia Compes for toe in?
