It's snowing...football not on yet, so looking through some old magazines. Noticed a couple of nice color photos of a France-Loire (with dash between the names) bike being raced in 1983. Bike is a pretty blue with white panels, and the photos show it in the inaugural TOUR OF AMERICA (15 teams from seven countries participated). It was raced by the SEM team, riders Patrick Clerc, Patrick Moerlen, and Eric Dell'Armelina shown.
Couldn't find any reference to this bike maker in CR other than someone (John Barthold) inquiring if anyone had heard of it.
