This particular virus selects an address from the infected computer's address book to use as the sending address when the virus is forwarded. So, no, you don't have the infected computer, but your address is in the address book of the infected computer.

I've received e-mails with this virus from several bicycle-list-related addresses. So, it *could* be someone on this list.
