Somebody asked, and while working on the next VBQ, I happened to find this ad in La Pedale Touristique 10/13/1937: "Cyclotourists, use the "Baionette" cranks, marque "Durax Super-Touriste". Extra-light and elegant, from special steel, treated, high resistance. Demand them from your constructeur."

Also ad for Reynolds tubing, stickers say either "3 tubes" in horizontal writing or "3 tubes renforcés, bases et montants," which I take as saying "3 butted tubes, chainstays and seatstays." Later, seatstays were called "haubans" instead of "montants," but "the climbing ones" makes sense for seatstays... The fork sticker is different from the post-war ones. I'll see whether I find space for it in the next VBQ.
