Hi Ron:

The Campagnolo Record Pista (track) crank was 151 BCD up until about 1972, and so is "period correct" for restorations up until at least that year, with 144 versions being used from then until at least the end of the Super Record era in 1987 or so. (The road cranks changed to 144 earlier - in 1967 - the reason was the desire to get a lower low than 44 teeth, which was not needed on the track cranks).

44-tooth 151 Pista (which require a 1/2" x 1/8" chain, the same as most single and three-speed lightweight bikes) chainrings seem to be somewhat rare now, at least Campagnolo ones in usable condition. Both Sugino and Shimano (and others?) made 151 track chainrings, so those may exist as well. Typically, 151 Pista chainrings seem to be out there in about 46-52 tooth versions, although 44-70 were manufactured officially, with larger ones made sometimes as well.

The only NOS 151 Campagnolo ones that I have for sale right now are 50 teeth....

Hope this helps a bit,

Regards,
