You may be correct. After discussing the bike with a few friends, I may be wrong about it having original paint and decals. It did look too shiny on the ebay photos; my monitor is not that good. There can't be too many of those out there, and that red is actually not a color of red that I've seen on a Masi so far, that was original from that period. Perhaps Jim Allen did the repaint on that one, he might remember the bike.

I mean, how many red Masi Special Pista bikes could this guy have? I, too, like Bob Hovey have corresponded with this gentleman in the past and been confused thinking I was talking with our John Price in Colorado. Life can get complicated, No?
