Thanks Tom - you are, of course, correct.

A friend of mine has contacted Trialtir directly, and there is a guy named Gian Luca somebody there, that apparently is behind this illegal action. He needs to get some better legal advice IMO, but I think the harassment will now stop. If anyone needs to contact him, their number is (888) 867-4334. Ask for Sales, then him. He apparently way over-reacted after finding some counterfeit Colnago decals (and some real ones too) on eBay a while back. I certainly understand and sympathize with his concern over counterfeit products, but that doesn't give him carte blanche to illegally restrain legitimate trade on eBay whenever and wherever he chooses.
